I've rented a flat in Hatfield with Pikes for 5 years and as you would expect I had to liaise with the estate agents quite often. They are always available and supportive.
- The boiler in the flat was quite old and broke a couple of times. The agents were quick to send the plumber.
- Once the gardeners broke the French-window, and (due to some availability issues) it took a month to have it replaced. The estate agents were very supportive and communicated effectively throughout the process.
- When it comes to perform the property checks they were always discreet and accommodated our needs.
