Tenants Charges for Professional Tenancies

£350.00 (including VAT) non-refundable reservation fee per tenancy application for a non HMO property (House of Multiple Occupation).

£450.00 (including VAT) non-refundable reservation fee per tenancy application for a HMO property (House of Multiple Occupation).

Student Fees

£125.00 (including VAT) per student, non-refundable reservation Fee.

Other Fees

In addition to your Reservation Fee paid on reserving the property, the following fees will be applied where necessary at our discretion: (All are inclusive of VAT)

£20.00 Late payment fee, per letter sent, if the rent remains unpaid for a period of seven days after it’s due.

£25.00 to reissue any paperwork (including change of guarantor) through fault of the tenants or their guarantor.

£240.00 Change of tenant fee.

£240.00 early tenancy termination fee. (Tenancy termination must be agreed by both Landlord and Tenant(s))

£25.00 breach of tenancy fee.

£20.00 to let you back into your property or bedroom if you lock yourself out/lose your keys (during office hours only, £50 out of office hours, subject to availability). If any new keys are required to be cut or locks changed these will be charged at cost to the tenant(s).
